Registration

After we receive your registration, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice for the seminar fees. Your registration is binding.

Cancellation policy for events:

In case of cancellation, seminar fees will only be partially refunded. We reserve the right to retain the following rates per person:

• Cancellation after receiving our seminar confirmation up to 2 weeks before the seminar: CHF 100.–

• Cancellation less than 1 week before the seminar: 50% of the seminar costs

• Failure to attend the seminar without prior notification or cancellation on the day of arrival: full seminar costs will be charged

With prior arrangement, these rates can largely be used for another seminar or service (bookable at www.thetahealingswiss.ch). This can be discussed with us in the event of a cancellation.

Cancellation policy for individual coaching:

No fees apply for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the individual coaching session. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the individual coaching session, the booked time will be charged. In the case of a valid reason for cancellation, the coach reserves the right to charge for the booked time or a portion thereof. Failure to attend without prior notification will result in the full booked time being charged.

Payment for events:

Seminar fees for events and seminars are usually payable before the seminar begins. After registering, you will receive an invoice which you can conveniently pay by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. For in-person seminars, cash payment before the seminar begins is also easily possible.

Payment for individual coaching sessions:

Individual coaching sessions are billed monthly, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes, based on the actual time used. Payment is due within 10 days via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. In-person coaching sessions can be paid in cash.

Please note

For participation in all events and for attending individual coaching sessions, we would like to point out that the seminars cannot be a substitute for any necessary psychotherapeutic and/or medical treatment.

Liability

Seminar participants are fully responsible for themselves and their actions both inside and outside the seminar. They are liable for any damages they cause.

presence

Personal

Personal attendance means that the student chooses to appear in person at the venue. The seminar leader can either be present in person or lead the seminar remotely. 

On-line

Online participation means that you attend the seminar online, regardless of where in the world you are. The seminar leader will also be online. 

Online participation requires that you are online during the seminar times and visible on your camera during the seminar and exercises. You cannot be in public spaces or crowds; you should have a private space where you can focus on the seminar undisturbed. 

Depending on the offering, seminars can be attended online or in person. The seminar leader may be present at the venue or streamed remotely to the seminar room, depending on your travel options given the current global situation. 

Regulations and restrictions relating to special circumstances in a country or worldwide (e.g., pandemic, force majeure, natural disasters, etc.) must be followed by participants according to the instructions of the local event coordinator. Such measures are subject to change at any time. If you refuse to comply with the regulations or decisions of the board, you will not be able to participate in the event and will not receive a refund. Cancellation of participation is possible according to the cancellation policy.

Recording the seminars is strictly prohibited. Neither video nor audio recordings are allowed. 

In rare cases, lectures or practical exercises will be recorded. This will be stated in the seminar description and communicated before the event. In such cases, participants agree that if they ask questions or act as demonstration students, they may also be seen or heard on the recording. 

Certification requirements

Each seminar you have registered for has specific requirements for certification. To participate in a seminar, you must meet certain prerequisites. Please review these as listed on www.thetahealing.com and in the information for each seminar on this website.

Furthermore, attendance throughout the entire seminar is required. If you are absent without a valid reason or fail to meet the required attendance, THInK will deny you certification for that seminar.

Cost

The registration and seminar fees only cover participation in the seminar. You are responsible for your own accommodation, flights, and all travel expenses incurred during your trip.
