Registration

After receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation and an invoice for the seminar costs. The registration is binding.

Cancellation conditions for events:

In the event of cancellation, the seminar costs will only be partially reimbursed. We reserve the right to withhold the following tariffs per person:

• Cancellation after our seminar confirmation up to 2 weeks before the seminar: CHF 100.–

• Cancellation less than 1 week before the seminar: 50% of the seminar costs

• Absence from the seminar without cancellation or cancellation on the day of arrival: full seminar costs

With prior agreement, most of these tariffs can be used for another seminar or another service (can be booked at www.thetahealingswiss.ch). This can be discussed with us in the event of a cancellation.

Cancellation conditions for individual coaching:

If you cancel up to 24 hours before the individual coaching, no costs will be charged. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the individual coaching, the booked time will be charged. In the event of a cancellation for good reason, the coach may decide to charge for the booked time or part of the booked time. If you stay away without canceling your registration, you will be charged for the full booked time.

Payment events:

The seminar costs for events and seminars are usually to be paid before the seminar begins. After your registration you will receive a corresponding invoice, which you can conveniently pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. For seminars in person, cash payment before the start of the seminar is also possible without any problems.

Payment for individual coaching:

The individual coaching sessions are billed in monthly increments of 15 minutes based on the time effectively used. The monthly bill can be paid within 10 days via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. Individual coaching on site can be paid for in cash.

For participation in all events and for attending individual coaching sessions, we would like to point out that the seminars cannot be a substitute for any psychotherapeutic and/or medical treatment that may be necessary.

Liability

The seminar participants bear full responsibility for themselves and their actions inside and outside of the respective seminar. You are responsible for any damage caused yourself.

presence

Personal

Personal attendance means that the student chooses to appear in person at the venue. The seminar leader can either be present in person or lead the seminar by remote transmission.  

On-line

Online participation means that you attend the seminar online, no matter where you are in the world. The seminar leader will also be online.  

Online participation requires that you are online during the seminar times and that you are visible in your camera during the seminar and the exercises. You cannot be in public spaces or in crowds, but should have a room to yourself where you can focus on the seminar undisturbed.  

Depending on the offer, the seminars can be attended online or in person on site. The facilitator can be present at the venue or remotely streamed into the seminar room, depending on your travel options in relation to the world situation.  

The regulations and restrictions related to special circumstances in a country or in the world (e.g. pandemic, force majeure, natural disasters, etc.) must be followed by the participants as instructed by the local event coordinator. Such measures are subject to change at any time. If you refuse to comply with the regulations or decisions of the Board of Directors, you will not be able to attend the event and will not receive a refund. Participation can be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

records

Recordings of the seminars are strictly prohibited. No video or audio recordings may be made.  

In a few cases, lectures or practice opportunities are recorded. This will be stated in the seminar description and communicated before the event. In such cases, participants agree that if they ask questions or serve as a demonstration student, they may also be seen or heard on the recording.  

Certification Requirements

Each seminar you have registered for has specific requirements to earn certification. In order to be able to take part in a seminar, you must meet certain requirements. Please review these as they appear on www.thetahealing.com and in the information for each seminar on this website.

It is also necessary to be present during the entire seminar. If you are absent without reason or do not meet the required attendance, THInK will deny you certification for the relevant seminar.

Costs

Registration and seminar fees only cover participation in the seminar. You are responsible for your accommodation, flights and all travel expenses incurred on your trip.
